Terms

These terms apply between you and [LEGAL NAME], trading as slux Labs, [SUPPORT ADDRESS], Sweden — contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Using the site or buying a membership means you accept them.

1. Not financial advice

This is the most important clause on the page, so it is first.

Everything published here — the primer, the Frog Book, the research, the positions posted in the community — is educational material and a record of what I personally did. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an invitation to buy or sell anything. I am not a licensed financial adviser and nothing here is regulated advice.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and the large majority of people who attempt it lose money. Positions I post are mine, taken with my own capital, for my own reasons, at a size appropriate to my circumstances and not yours. Copying them is your decision and your risk. Past results do not predict future results.

No claim is made, anywhere on this site, that you will make money.

2. What the membership includes

• The Frog Book — 130,000 words, twelve modules
• The reasoning behind the positions, in writing
• Research, structure breakdowns, positioning
• The room — positions as they fill
• Direct access when you're stuck

The community is a live thing, so its shape will change. What will not change is that positions are posted before their outcome is known, including the ones that go wrong.

3. Price, billing and cancellation

The membership is $49/ month, billed automatically each month by Stripe until you cancel. Founding members keep the rate they joined at for as long as their subscription runs without interruption; if it lapses, the rate available on rejoining is the current one.

You can cancel at any time, from your account page, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no email required. Access — including the Discord role — ends when the paid period does.

4. Your right to change your mind

As a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital content is the exception: that right is lost once delivery begins, if you have expressly asked for it to begin and acknowledged losing the right. Because the Frog Book and the community open the moment payment succeeds, you are asked to confirm exactly that at checkout. If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not tick it — email me instead and I will hold access open until the period ends.

If you did not confirm it, you keep the full 14 days. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and I will refund you in full.

5. Refunds beyond that

If you have paid for a month you have genuinely not used, say so and I will refund it. I would rather give someone their money back than have them in a room they do not want to be in. This is a policy, not a legal obligation, and it is not a rolling licence to use the material for months and then reclaim it.

6. What you may and may not do with the material

Your membership buys one person a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the material. You may quote short passages with attribution.

You may not:

• share your login, or your access, with anyone else
• republish, resell, or redistribute the material, in whole or in part, including inside another course or community
• post it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or feed it to a service that republishes it
• use it to train a machine-learning model

The Frog Book is roughly 130,000 words that took years to arrive at. Copyright in it, and in everything else here, remains mine.

7. The community

Membership of the Discord is conditional on behaving decently. No harassment, no scams, no soliciting other members, no posting other people's paid material, no pretending losses did not happen. I can remove anyone who makes the room worse, and for a serious breach that can be without a refund.

8. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Access is bound to your account, not your email address — so if payment and sign-in use different addresses, tell me and I will link them rather than guess.

9. Availability

I will keep the site up and the room active, but this is not a service with a guaranteed uptime, and third parties it depends on — Discord, Stripe, Supabase — can fail without warning. If something breaks badly enough to cost you a meaningful part of a month, tell me and I will credit it.

10. Ending it from my side

I can close the membership to new members, change what it includes with notice, or discontinue it. If I discontinue it, active members are refunded the unused part of what they have paid.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, my liability to you is limited to what you have paid me in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

I am not liable for your trading losses. See clause 1.

12. Law

Swedish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

13. Changes

Material changes are announced by email to members and the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the membership after that means accepting the new version; if you would rather not, cancel and I will refund the remainder of the period.
